Participants will learn at least 10 tips for dealing with challenging behaviors and create a survival plan for managing behavior.  The plan will include the importance of building relationships with students, teaching clear classroom procedures and expectations for student behavior as well as strategies to replace inappropriate behaviors with more desirable ones.
